Cow Anatomy

A familiar farm animal becomes an introduction to animal anatomy with Cow Anatomy. This interactive learning panel encourages children and the adults learning alongside them to identify parts of a cow while making connections to their own bodies and the ways animals use different physical features.
Movable pegs add a hands-on element as children explore features such as the cow's eyes, nose, ears, horns, and tail. Conversations can expand into where cows live, how their bodies help them interact with their environment, the sounds they make, and other animals children may recognize. These discoveries encourage observation, vocabulary building, matching, and early STEM learning.
Designed for babies through 2nd grade, Cow Anatomy supports engaging learning experiences in children's libraries, early learning classrooms, schools, museums, pediatric healthcare environments, and other spaces where hands-on discovery is encouraged.
